With our online access, you will be able to set up a web account which will link
to your store account. Once your setup is complete, you will be able to shop
online, view your customer history, reprint invoices, and make payments for rentals and repair. It is just another way to make doing business with Norwalk easy
and convenient.
First, you will need to set up your web account:
Choose "CREATE NEW WEB ACCOUNT"Complete the requested information.
Once your web account has been established, you will need to link your web account to your store account by following the steps below:
Choose "LINK WEB AND STORE ACCOUNT"
Complete the requested information.
Once the link request has been submitted, please wait for up to 48 hours for the online account to be matched to your store account. Once the link has been created, you will be able to have full access to the history of your store accounts from the comfort of your Internet connection.
You can still shop online while you wait for your accounts to be linked.
