I need to know how to post and where? I want to make sure your bosses and everyone else in the entire world knows about the
outstanding service I have received from the two of you! After having been misinformed and sent the incorrect case for my Applause Guitar
from another company, and unfortunately you yourselves being misinformed, you guy's went to all the trouble to do whatever it took to make
sure I received the right case and I was amazed as to the outstanding job the two of you have done!!! I would love to get in touch with the
CEO and others to let them know what kind of a music company and employee's you have there! WOW! My wife was almost
speechless and that say's allot! She was as impressed with the service as I was and I am still somewhat bewildered...
I have done allot of business with other company's over the Internet and have never received the kind of communication and service that I
have with you at Norwalk Music, even though I was spending allot of money with these other company's it was if I could easily be replaced
as a customer. Norwalk Music has treated me as if I was their biggest customer and all I purchased was a hardshell case for my Applause
Guitar... I just cannot say enough about Pete, Mike and the Company overall.
Norwalk Music has gained a lifetime customer with me and after being in touch with Pete and Mike I feel like I have been doing business
with them for years. This is what I call absolutely outstanding customer relations. Great company's are built in such way's! If there is
anyway that you can forward this to your bosses and the CEO or post it in Testimonials and Praises please do so. Once again, thank you

I bought my Korg Triton Rack and midi cables last year from you guys and was
blown away with the level of service I received from your site. (The
keyboard was delivered within 3 days!) I ordered a KKS100 stand and KX100
keyboard amplifier last week and again, received it in 3 days.
I thought the president or owner of your company should know what a great
level of service you are providing NorwalkMusic.com customers with! I have a
couple of friends that said they have not had that kind of luck online and
suggested I go to my local store. I am happy to say that I didn't and they

Looks great! I've been checking out other sites for content, pricing info, etc. Your
site has more specific content than any I've seen! For example: I've seen many sites
that do not provide the breakdown of a drum kit package. You offer specific details,
and "upfront" pricing! There was one site that asked to specify sizes, color
and then wait for a response for a price quote. Seems like people would prefer direct
pricing, rather than being led around until they decide to throw a quote at you. Keep
up the good work.
